Title: Public Finance Relationship Manager III Location: Zions Bancorporation - HDQTR Responsible for maintaining and managing accounts and relationships for new and existing clients. Prospects, develops, generates and follows-up on new client leads. Maintains a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing and servicing a portfolio of clients. Calls on existing relationships to review needs and makes recommendations as needed. Responsible for evaluating and structuring financing alternatives for projects. Recommends sales methods. Solicits and evaluates underwriter bids and other bids related to bond issues. Manages and schedules implementation of financing program for clients. Performs related client consulting work. Responds to request for proposals for financial advisory services. May supervise and train analytical staff. Overnight travel is required. Other duties as assigned. Typically requires a Bachelors and 4 years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields. Extensive knowledge of public finance, accounting, an understanding of local government operations and issues and structuring of taxable and tax-exempt debt issues. Ability to manage a transaction to completion. Requires strong analytical, quantitative, verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiating skills. Supervisory, training and development skills required.
