JOB SUMMARY:

Position Overview: This is a technical position that will work closely with and assist the QA Receiving and Support Supervisor in the development of systems, policies, and procedures to ensure manufacturing operations are in regulatory compliance, including the development and enforcement of company Standard Operating Procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices for Dietary Supplements. This position is responsible for leading QA receiving team for the inspection, sampling, testing and disposition of all raw materials and packaging components. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Lead safety, quality and continuous improvement in related areas. 2. Ensure compliance to various cGMP regulations by creating and maintaining processes 3. Provide technical support to internal customers for day to day issues and manage priorities. 4. Lead QA Receiving team in daily activities and development of new systems and processes. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of cGMP for dietary supplements Technical writing skills Knowledge of statistics and SPC Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, SPC, etc. Education and Work Experience: Bachelor degree in related field (chemistry/ biochemistry) Technical writing capabilities and capabilities in conducting training programs. Two years or more experience in QA / operations.
