Position Profile: The Quality Analyst will work within the Shipping QA area ensuring the accuracy of all ready to ship product and associated shipping documentation, interfacing with Customers and Government representatives with final acceptance activities, and assist with other Final Acceptance functions as required. Competencies:Ensure that Supplier and in-house built product is ready to ship and associated shipping documentation is complete. Verify shipper data and interface with Final Acceptance Documentation personnel as required. Directly assists with Shipping QA activities and other Final Acceptance functions as required. * Education/Experience:This position requires an Associates Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. * Attention to detail is required in all aspects of work requirements * Inspection experience on electromechanical product * Understanding of manufacturing material flow processes. * Capable of working from oral and written instructions and the ability to communicate effectively. * Capable of reacting to change with the ability to respond to new instructions, situations, methods, and procedures * Competent knowledge of systems and computers to determine material location and job order status * Work with various organizations associates with the Shipping QA function, including but not exclusive of Program Management, Contracts, Operations, Customer Representatives, and DCMA Representatives * Ability to handle stressful situations with maturity, respect, and confidence * Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities * Knowledge of Quality Fundamentals and Inspection skills * Experience and ability to perform in a team environment with good inter-personal skills is necessary. * Quality Inspection experience is required. * Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Due to the nature of our work qualified candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
