JOB SUMMARY:
Regional Business Relations Representative A National Mortgage Company with offices throughout the United States is looking for an experienced Regional Business Relations Representative for their Salt Lake City Corporate Offices. Train, assist and support Branch employees on company systems, policies, procedures and workflows. Develop and produce training content for Branch and Corporate employees. Requirements: Experience originating/ processing Conventional, FHA and VA loans Familiarity with TILA, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA, MDIA, FACTA, FCRA, AIR, SAFE Act, and other standard mortgage industry regulations Proficient with Encompass 360, Microsoft Office, Loan Prospector and Desktop Underwriter Strong customer focus Strong problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize workload Benefits include: Health, Dental. 401K, paid vacation and sick leave.
