Summit is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. Relationship Managers will be the lead person with their respective Client. Relationship Managers have direct responsibility over the administration of an assigned portfolio consisting of approximately 25 30 asset based lending relationships, making daily advances against accounts receivable and inventory collateral. They will take the lead role in monitoring the effectiveness of risk management and client service within their assigned Portfolio. As the primary point of contact between SFR and its clients, Relationship Managers are expected to maintain a thorough understanding of each assigned account. Relationship Manager are responsible for communicating both negative and positive trends to the Portfolio Manager, and is expected to take a leading roll in ongoing client negotiations as needed. Qualifications ? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience ? Effective written and oral communication skills ? Good organization skills ? Manage multiple assignments simultaneously ? Ability to work without direct supervision ? Understanding of Financial Statements and Accounts Receivable and Inventory collateral
