SaaS Support Analyst needed with SQL, Excel, XML and CRM exp! Firmware Engineer - Skills Required - Technical Support, SQL Server, Excel, XML, CRM, Salesforce, JavaScript, SaaS We are a Bay Area company looking for a SaaS Support Analyst who can work remotely from the Salt Lake City Metropolitan area. Currently, we are looking to hire an extremely bright Technical Support Analyst to help ensure that support cases submitted by our customers are promptly addressed, by diagnosing trouble tickets and either escalating them or providing a response/solution to the client. If you have worked for an Enterprise SaaS company and have strong communication skills and high aptitude in SQL, Excel and XML, and have some Salesforce or CRM support experience, we would love to have the opportunity to tell you more about our amazing opportunity.
