JOB SUMMARY:
SALES PEOPLE Hinckley Doge Chrysler Jeep is Utah's largest volume new car dealer and is looking for Sales People who can sell both New Used vehicles. If you are looking to start a long lasting career selling cars not Dealer FEE'S and can build long-term relationships with customers then Hinckley Dodge wants you! As a sales person you must be able approach, meet, greet and offer assistance to any department's customers who enter the store. You must be able to fully explain product features, functions and benefits to customers and offer test-drives. And if you are able to speak Spanish then that's a plus! You must also have the following skills/qualities: 1. Honest, trustworthy and dependable. 2. Professional attitude. 3. Ability to be self-motivated. 4. Have an open and flexible schedule. 5. Great people skills. 6. Understanding the art of negotiations. 7. Ability to navigate the Internet. 8. Proficient with computer word documents. 9. Current and valid drivers license. 10. Willing to perform cross-position duties. PAY PLANS Hinckley Dodge has a negotiable sign on bonus. You must have a min. of 2 years of auto sales experience, which must be within the last 6 months. The sign on bonus will not exceed $5,000.00. 90 day $2,000.00 Salary + Commission 30-day training period. AFTER 90 DAYS Performance Based pay plan and Base Salary guaranteed. You must also establish personal income goals and maintain a minimum standard of sales each month. Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. Research and become proficient in the Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram brands. Resolve disputes and difficulties with professionalism and composure. Perform multiple tasks while meeting or exceeding deadlines. Maintain and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and Email. Gain a clear understanding of customers wants needs and desires as a requirement of the purchase. Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers. Use our Sales control and follow-up system. Write and complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
