JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting the SCO lean logistical management office in all aspects of continuous improvement projects. This includes data mining, analysis, documentation and communication for lean optimization strategies for continuous improvements projects and interfaces. Minimum Requirements Bachelor s Degree and two years of experience working within the Supply chain, ERP, Finance or other Intermountain business applications OR Five years of experience working within the specific area of focus (such as the OR or materials for example), working with IS systems, inventory processes, and products. One year of experience in a role requiring effective problem solving, analysis and ability to offer business solutions to customers. Experience in a role requiring effective communication of business concepts to technical and non-technical personnel and bringing order to ideas and processes, and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and email and scheduling applications. Experience processing and analyzing data, including Key performance Indicators (KPIs), Activity Metrics and application of analytical skills and general working knowledge of accounting principles including balancing, statistics, budgeting, and general ledger transactions. Experience in a role leading team projects and holding others accountable to deliver results. General knowledge of Lean six sigma principles, change management principles and project management principles.
