JOB SUMMARY:
Answer phones in a polite and professional manner, ability to use PhotoShop, type death certificates, type obituaries, type and copy programs for services, prepare packets for services, operate copier/fax machine, greet public and answer questions or direct them to appropriate person. Maintain inventory, order supplies, use Microsoft Word, Excel and internet. Schedule staff for services and help clean building. Applicants that are scheduled for an interview will do a typing sample, excel sample and a website navigation demo.
