TEKsystems is looking for a permanent Senior Information Systems Analyst for a client LOCATED IN SPOKANE, WA.This resource will be responsible for leading business systems analysis services (analyze, define, design, configure, test, train, deliver, troubleshoot, support and maintain) for the JDE Distribution modules and related applications and interfaces. Will provide leadership and initiative in all business services. Will work closely with other IT staff members as well as the general user community.Key accountabilities1. System Administration- Lead and oversee system design and functional specifications for new development projects within the assigned application groups- Assure the day-to-day functioning and on-going maintenance of JDE information systems and related applications.- Perform configuration functions in accordance to change management policies2. Application Analysis- Specify and test new, custom or modified programs and applications to support the business.- Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first and second level support and troubleshooting.- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.3. Job Administration- Share on-call responsibility for after-hours technical and functional support during evenings, weekends and holidays.- Document systems, as required, to provide necessary information for continued operation of these systems.- Assist in training end users and cross-training peers4. Application Integration Specialist- Plan, execute and manage the integration of new systems into existing systems throughout the enterprise- Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives- Collaborate with analysts, designers and system owners in the testing of newly-integrated systems5. Business Systems Analyst- Collaborate in the planning, design, development and deployment of new systems and enhancements to existing systems- Meet with decisions makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals; identify and resolve systems issues- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systemsMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor-A?A
