Title: Senior Instructional Designer-Compliance Location: United States Other Locations: Job Description: Senior Instructional Designer will be responsible for leading design projects for our Compliance Team. We are looking for a candidate to partner with business leaders and designers to define needs, translate business requirements into performance-based learning and execute innovative learning strategies. The Senior Instructional Designer will manage the overall curriculum design for the programs and processes while collaborating with Instructional Designers and vendors to implement the design products. They will closely partner with World Service Learning Network team members in delivering a globally consistent training experience that directly impacts the success of American Express and the delivery of Compliance training.
