JOB SUMMARY:
Facility looking for Social Worker / (may consider) Resident Advocate for a long term care center. Experience is a must working with the residents to help them with their day to day needs and resident rights. Must have knowledge working with multiple personalities that each unique individual have. As our Socail Worker / Resident Advocate you will help in admissions, knowledge of care planning and implimentation, must have exceptional record keeping skills, knowledge of MDS 3.0, willing to go the extra mile when requested per your designated job description. Must enjoy working with people and communicating with the facility.
