Acts as instructor, in lieu of regular instructor, to blind/visually impaired students in various education areas; implements lesson plans as outlined by regular instructor, utilizing appropriate materials; maintains standards of student behavior and attitude needed to provide an orderly, productive classroom environment; performs other duties as assigned. Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism; follow written and/or oral instructions; communicate clearly and effectively; maintain a high level of confidentiality.
