JOB SUMMARY:
Local dental insurance provider is seeking a qualified Systems Business Analyst to perform as an expert technical resource for the Finance and Accounting operational teams. The Systems Business Analyst will be responsible to analyze system problems and oversee the research and investigations of the problems, as well as coordinate, track, implement, and test changes to the invoicing, accounts receivable, payment and financial processing system. Will also be responsible to acquire and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of the scope, objectives, limitations and interdependence of operational systems, dental insurance processing system and web portal. Qualified candidate will have an Associate degree plus two years of experience in the dental/health insurance industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
