JOB SUMMARY:
Title: Systems Security Engineer, Anti-Tamper Location: USA-Utah-Salt Lake City Other Locations: The Systems Security Engineer, within Engineering Marketing Support will, in addition to other systems engineering duties, lead/support L-3 Engineering Anti-Tamper (AT) projects/efforts, including the following: * Be a team-player in doing whatever it takes to help L-3 achieve Anti-Tamper (AT) mission objectives while supporting program objectives and requirements * Support AT efforts for proposals, estimating, assessments, creating plans, architecting AT solutions and supporting cross program engineers in their implementations of AT solutions * Perform Critical Technology / Critical Program Information (CT/CPI) assessments of existing and proposed systems as well as deep analyses on L3 product technologies * Create necessary documentation and reports for submittal to appropriate government agencies including AT agencies (e.g., AT Executive Agent (ATEA), AT Verification and Validation (Vamp;V) Team, AT support laboratories) * Stay abreast of and architect solutions using latest AT design techniques and approaches approvable by AT Government agencies * Effectively communicate with and work across multiple engineering disciplines to perform necessary analyses and plans Required qualifications: * Bachelors Degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering * Relevant Work Experience: 7 years and BS or 5 years and MS * Reverse-engineering (RE), defense-in-depth (DiD) and counter-exploitation/AT experience * Embedded-development and system-design experience (emphasizing communications waveforms and applications) * Experience in communications technologies and applications * Strong working knowledge of MS Office * Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and hold a Top Secret Counter-Intelligence (CI) polygraph as well as Secure Compartmental Information and Special Access Programs * Excellent communication skills e.g., oral, written and presentation * Ability to travel occasionally Desired Qualifications: * Industry AT recognition e.g. honors for or publications in RE, DiD and AT Design experience including Digital Design and/or software * Advanced degree in electrical/computer engineering (e.g., M.S., P.E., Ph.D.) * Program management and/or business development experience * Active Top Secret/SSBI clearance * Experience working with Government AT agencies and/or AT support laboratories * Experience developing government AT policies and directives * Experience with data forensics and AT incident handling This position may be filled at a higher grade based on the successful applicantamp;#39;s skills, education and experience.
