They currently have openings in their Tax Operations group. The Tax Operations Analyst position would involve reviewing tax documentation for clients, reconciliation of tax data and documentation, providing tax-related support to the firmapos;apos;s professionals and clients, reconciliation of vendor data and process and procedure documentation and review. Requirements: -College degree in business, finance, accounting or other related field -Detail-oriented -Sound operational and compliance judgment -Able to multi-task and prioritize -Thrives in a teamwork environment, strong interpersonal skills -Experience managing expectations and delivery of services -Service orientation, sense of urgency, ability to manage internal clientsapos;apos; expectations, follow-through and professionalism -Excellent communication skills -Operational mindset focusing on improving operational processes and procedures -Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as proficiency with web-based applications -Prior tax-related work experience and/or accounting major with high concentration in tax preferred -Knowledgeable about securities processing, corporate actions and asset servicing a plus Type: Contingent/Temporary Duration: 180 - 365 Days Payrate: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly DOE Contact: Volt Technical Resources 2150 South 1300 E.
