This employer is hiring customer service representative professionals in the Salt Lake area to assist Medicare members with plan enrollments. (many new job openings) We're a rapidly growing agency specializing in the healthcare field and we're looking for excellent representatives to be a part of our growing team. If you're knowledgeable, friendly, caring and enjoy helping people...we'd love to hear from you! With your resident license, we'll pay for your state licenses in as many as all 50 states, as the client requires (up to a $6,000 benefit to you). You'll also be paid for client product and services training and onboarding, and, once you're on the calling floor, wages range from $10-12 an hour. Job Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service Answer inbound calls in a polite and professional manner Provide accurate information based on your training Be accurate with data entry to ensure quality service Work together with co-workers to ensure quality Follow instructions given by management Arrive on time for scheduled shifts Requirements Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow a script Excellent listening and soft skills Ability to write simple correspondence Be computer literate and able to type 30+ words per minute Salary: $ 8 /hour during product training $10 - $12/hour after training completion for agents Project completion/performance bonus Upon project completion, your state licenses, which we've paid for, are yours to keep for the 2 years they are valid
