Associate General Counsel - # 20347 Salt Lake City, UT; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA Bring your legal counsel expertise and knowledge to the following practice areas: * Corporate transactions, including equity investments and debt instruments * Insurance and financial regulatory compliance * Corporate governance * Insurance holding company requirements Job Requirements * Seeking candidates with the following background and competencies: * 5-7 years of high quality legal experience with an emphasis on corporate and business law * Corporate transactions experience including transaction structuring and related legal issues and risks, as well as significant contract drafting and negotiation experience * Knowledge of general corporate, commercial, investment, and acquisitions law * Experience with insurance and financial legal requirements, including insurance holding company requirements * Licensed to practice law in the state where the position is based or ability to become licensed in a reasonable period of time * Knowledge and experience requirements may be satisfied by excellent academic credentials and/or other experience/knowledge that demonstrates required skill set Hard work and dedication are rewarded.
