JOB SUMMARY:

Act as a liaison between business users, suppliers, and developers. Build strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal organizations to drive incremental sales opportunities. Responsible for system performance reports on system enhancements. Ensure enhancements are deployed successfully. Responsible for communicating on-going performance results to the Sr. Business Systems Analyst. Perform strategic development and implementation of new business processes focused on strengthening the supply chain and value proposition. Integrate new suppliers into the Overstock.com supply chain. Provide operational support to the merchandising department. Implement and maintain internal and external software applications. Identify areas for system improvement/excellence. Provide functional and technical direction and support to merchandising and warehouse team members at a business level. Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Responsible for the thorough documentation of systems requirements. Communicate with multiple departments across the organization. Provide support to the Senior Business Analyst. Requires: Master's Degree in Computer Science. Graduate level coursework must include coursework in Software Engineering, Software Quality Management, and Program Project Management.
