JOB SUMMARY:
Brody Chemical is looking for a full time collections agent that has a positive attitude and is willing to work in a team environment. Job responsibilities will include inbound and outbound calls of a large customer base. You will work to resolve billing issues, negotiate payments on past due accounts, log call information in the company software, prepare follow up correspondence with the customers as well as sales representatives. Qualified candidates will posess the ability to multitask and prioritize. Must have basic math and computer skills and demonstrate excellent follow through with the ability to motivate sales reps to help collect on accounts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Previous collection experience is required.
