JOB SUMMARY:
Fast growing Salt Lake City greeting card company is seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual with an excellent personality for our support team. This position deals with our customers both over the phone and via email, providing tech support and account management. We are looking for talented individuals skilled in problem solving, experienced with computers, and who are able to provide excellent customer service in English. Multitasking is a must! Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. The workdays are Monday to Saturday working 40 hours/week. Qualified applicants should be familiar with Internet Explorer, MS Excel, MS Office, Mozilla Firefox and eager to learn. They must be comfortable conversing on the phone and be able to write professional responses to emails.
