JOB SUMMARY:
The office manager, reporting directly to the CEO, is responsible for the oversight and integrity of data processing for YMCA programs, donors and association wide events (operationally and financially) along with supporting data entry when needed. Will have oversight of collections, receivables and past due accounts. Support collection, management and reporting of data (participant and surveys) for the association. Front line customer service and donor support. Managing general office duties and assisting with the administrative tasks of each department and maintaining an organized and effective office. Upholds the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Education Requirements: High School Degree (or equivalent) required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous Work Experience: 3+ years related work experience. Experience with Non-Profit and/or youth programs preferred. Computer Proficiencies: Proficient ability to effectively use a computer for word processing, research, and budgeting. Must have a strong knowledge of Google products, Word, Excel, and ability to work within various databases. Must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly to computer-based communications and tools. Other Experience: Demonstrated experience in financial management. Demonstrated experience in data input, extraction, analysis and reporting. Must be comfortable navigating various databases.
