Sales Executive or SR DOE # 20450 Salt Lake City, UT We're looking for a Sales Executive who is able to work with a dynamic and collaborative team selling all lines of business including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability to the large group market including both fully-insured and self-funded accounts. Accountabilities: ? Lead strategic territory development and agent relationships ? Mentoring and coaching other sales executive in sales techniques and sales leadership ? Knowledge of benefit design alternatives, funding options and underwriting requirements ? Negotiating plan design and financial mechanisms Job Requirements Your professional experience and education include: ? 4+ years' sales experience with 2 years preferable in employee benefits ? Must be currently licensed, or must become licensed within 90 days of hire, to sell insurance (health, life, and/or disability) in the state or states where business is conducted; Prior to receiving a license staff are not allowed to engage in soliciting or selling activities ? Must have a valid state driver's license with a good driving record and proof of auto insurance ?
