JOB SUMMARY:
Local Sales Manager for TV station in the SLC area. Will be responsible for all functions of the local sales department including hiring and training local sales team, providing leadership and support to local sales account executives, developing and achieving strategies, goals and objectives. Fundamental skills required include inventory pricing and management, revenue forecasting ability, consistent budget attainment, market share growth and expense control are key functions of this position. The right candidate will have a proven track record of affecting sales goals and creating strategies to overcome them as well as implementing new ways to maximize revenue through marketing products such as the Internet, and non-spot revenue. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Hours will be arranged with employer. EOE.
