The Account Recovery Representative (ARR) position is responsible to the Account Manager for the efficient processing of assigned accounts. The ARR's primary responsibility is to provide quality customer service and to maximize dollars collected and cure accounts by relying on product knowledge, negotiation skills, and collection strategies. *Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities *Contact customers about delinquent loan(s) and taking appropriate action to recover payment * Assist customers via inbound, outbound phone, and email contact in bringing their accounts current *Negotiate collection payment plans Requirements Applicants must possess excellent skills in the following: *High school diploma or equivalent *Previous customer service or collections background *Excellent phone and communication skills *Proficient computer skills *Negotiation and problem resolution skills *Adaptable to coaching and mentoring *Excellent follow-up skills *Adaptable to change *Strong attention to detail *Strong desire to help others succeed *Strong desire to be the best *Highly motivated and professional *Ability to multi-task, make sound decisions and work independently Come join us and be on the ground floor of this exciting new opportunity.
