JOB SUMMARY:
Our company is expanding here in Salt Lake and have an Area Account representative position open that simply attends our pre-set appointments to deliver a short sales presentation, make the sale, and move on to the next pre-scheduled appointment. All of our appointments are pre-set in-house by our marketing team, that call and speak with the decision makers/owners (Not employees or mangers) to first determine if they even have a general interest in our products and services. Once that's confirmed, we set up an appointment, and that's where you come in, to attend these appointments. We set for you 2-3 preset appointments a day, MON - FRI, and between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and all your appointments are set within a 25-mile radius from your zip code. You are not an independent contractor; you will be an actual employee and will receive a W2 and benefits after 90 days. You have the opportunity to make from $200.00 to $1045.00 at each appointment depending on what types of products and services you sell. Job Description: Company, based out of Salt Lake City office is expanding their sales territory into the Utah market and we are seeking a entry level Area Account Rep. This individual must be highly motivated, have high energy, and have an entrepreneurial spirit to sell, train, manage, and lead a team of experts to drive new business revenue. This is a position with rapid advancement possibilities and unlimited earnings potential well into six-figures. Responsibilities: -- Maintain a high energy/high caliber direct sales staff. -- Achieve reasonable but aggressive sales results. -- Train, motivate and coach a team of 4-6 Full time sales consultants. -- Understand the market, the customer and the competition. -- Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals. -- Direct sales focus to identify and uncover opportunities. -- Ensure each sales consultant is equipped and driven to fulfill clients' present and future needs through consultative engagement and solutions selling. -- Foster an environment of open communication.
