JOB SUMMARY: Interact with franchisees to provide information in response to inquiries about software, products and services and to handle and resolve issues of any manner. This person must be self motivated, energetic, works well with different personality types, mulit-task and is flexiable. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Answer all incoming phone calls and emails with a quick and friendly response. 2. Train, show and assists in the solution of problems that a franchisee may come across. 3. Receives franchisee and customer requests by telephone or email, analyzes the request, and provide information requested or determine who can best provide the information, and transfer the request to the proper person. 4. Process checks for deposit, post credit card and ACH transactions daily or as asked. 5. Resolve any billing issues and/or complaints brought to your attention in a timely manner. 6. Have advanced knowledge of InXpress software, XMS, TMS DHL billing sites. 7. Download, import, edit and process invoicing weekly or as needed. 8. Request and monitor credits requested by franchisee with DHL and post accordingly. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provides staff and job duty relief as needed. 2. Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
