Industrial Data Researcher is needed for a Sandy employer. Position is responsible for calling commercial brokers and owners of properties to gather real estate information; entering data into a sophisticated and proprietary database system; creating reports of market information for commercial agents; analyzing market data on a periodic basis. Requirements include: high school diploma or equivalent, an AA Degree in business preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with staff and outside broker clients; excellent organizational and phone skills; attention to detail and accuracy; capable of performing duties with limited supervision; demonstrated intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook strong internet research skills required.
