JOB SUMMARY:
Shipping Coordinator is needed for a Salt Lake employer. The CaptionCall Shipping Coordinator is responsible or receiving shipping orders from the field, fulfilling the orders, tracking inventory, receiving and organizing shipments and completing testing of returned phones, including restoring usable inventory to the field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Receive shipping orders and fulfill them. * Use UPS shipping system to ship phones and supplies to the field. * Ensure that all shipping items remain in stock at all times. * Provide reporting on inventory issues. * Receive orders from vendors and categorize and organize the warehouse. * Refurbish usable returned phones by replacing manuals, handsets, cables, etc so the phones can go back into use. * Keep the warehouse clean and operational.+ * Unload and load shipping trucks. Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience: * The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma and previous experience in a warehouse environment. * Basic computer functions required (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
