Job Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): * Consistently provides high-level, professional communications utilizing excellent sales skills for incoming sales calls to protect and generate additional revenue for the company. * Handling calls in the most effective way to result in a sale and eliminate the need for customers to call back. * Fosters a competitive and professional environment. * Demonstrates proficient computer skills. * Uses promotions and attributes effectively to persuade the customer and meet the goals of the company. * Receives and applies coaching to benefit the customer and meet company goals. * Provides excellent customer service on service calls, and accurately escalates the customer issue. * Monitors breaks, lunches, and aux codes to maximize availability and productivity * Consistently follows call flow to provide each customer with the same message and sales experience. Supervisory Responsibilities:aThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. The incumbent carries a minimum of one to two years of customer service experience. Previous call center, sales and telemarketing experience is preferred. Language Skills:aIncumbent must have the ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents. Demonstrates ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Strong oral communication skills and ability to effectively write and communicate in English required. Ability to read and interpret reports, legal documents and procedural manuals in English is required. Negotiating skills are desirable. Mathematical and Computer Skills:aAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals is required.Ability to type 21 WPM necessary. Reasoning Ability:aAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
