Head of Solution Engineering Presales is needed for a South Jordan employer. Job Summary: * Responsible for building and managing the solutions team in line with the overall business and strategic vision of CSS. * Build local Alliances, provide on the ground field Pre - Sales support, own Bid Management and develop service lines. Job Description: * Ability to design, solution and win large infrastructure outsourcing opportunities. * Will be working on opportunities and will have the pre-sales responsibility. * Responsible for technical, pricing and transition solution end to end for the towers. * Technically strong with good customer facing capability. * Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture for enterprise * Should have the ability to create and differentiate solution and value position around, run and operate / transformation for the respective towers. Should have worked in a global model * Good understanding of one or many infrastructure towers like Service Desk, Cloud, remote infrastructure management services and Security Cross functional services * Ability to work on advisor led sourcing process and adhere to solution quality standards * This is a customer interfacing role and requires strong customer interface skills ? communication ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings at CXO levels. * Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode. Should be able to function in a matrix organization * Having around 15 plus years of industry experience of which 5 years in a leadership role. * Result oriented and thought leader, with a proven record of conceptualizing and developing collaborative solutions and business strategy. * Successful team building and retention.
