JOB SUMMARY:
Senior Marketing Communications Manager, Technology Group Requisition # 855-442 needed for a South Jordan employer. SUMMARY OF DUTIES Works with sales management to plan, create, and produce marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION PERFORMED ? Works with sales and business unit management to plan, create, and produce marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials. ? Develops and writes print collateral such as newsletters, brochures, manuals, etc. ? Contributes to the development of communication strategies. ? Oversees sales/marketing materials, literature production and distribution. ? Assists with developing practices and procedures related to marketing, advertising and sales promotion materials. ? Manages division brand image, trademarks, and identity; establishes and upholds branding quality standards. ? Coordinates public relations and media activities. ? Coordinates trade show events and regional shows. ? Performs other related duties and tasks as required. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS ? Fine motor skills SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ? Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or related field and five years of related experience. ? Technical product knowledge and copywriting experience preferred. ? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as a team member. ? Excellent written and oral communication skills. ? Ability to manage projects efficiently and effectively and to meet deadlines in a timely manner. ? Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs. COMPETENCIES ? Marketing/sales material planning/development/creation ?
