JOB SUMMARY:
Hourly Plus Commission Five Star Franchising is currently looking for dynamic business to business Account Development Managers for their JustBIDness brand. The Account Development Managers will have the opportunity to work with and report directly to the Brand President. JustBIDness is a young division in this award winning company that includes the UV 50 multiple years. Five Star Franchising brands are also award winning. We value our Account Development Managers and understand that they are the lifeline of our business. We are eager to hire the best of the best in Sales, Customer Service and Franchising. Account Development Managers will be responsible for contacting potential JustBIDness customers, effectively communicating the company's value proposition. Details: - Monday to Friday, daytime business hours, no weekends. - Dynamic workplace with a great, high energy work environment and company culture. - Great incentives based on performance. - Paid training. - Benefits are available. Responsibilities: - Make calls to pre-qualified leads of small and medium sized businesses. - Log track all activities accurately in Google Docs Excel. - Meet frequently with the Brand President to discuss progress and performance. Qualifications: - Coachable/Teachable willingness to learn and apply sales skills and techniques. - Effective and clear oral and written communication skills. - Organized detail oriented. - Strong computer and internet skills. - Strong work ethic, dependable, goal driven. - Must have high energy and make high number of business to business phone calls. - Business to business sales experience is a plus. - Phone experience a plus.
