JOB SUMMARY:
Temporary need from 7/25/2012 - 4/25/13. One month experience in job duties is required. Plant, cultivate, and harvesting alfalfa crop. Housing, kitchen facilities, and utensils will be provided at no cost to workers unable to return to their usual place of residence each day. Workers will provide and prepare their own meals. Transportation will be provided at least every two weeks to shop for groceries or employer will purchase groceries at workers own expense. Under certain conditions, employers may at the employers' option, provide the workers with three prepared meals, for which the employer will charge the workers $10.64 per day. The employer guarantees to offer the worker employment for a total number of work days equal to at least 3/4's of the total work period beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first day of need. Whichever is later to occur, and ending on the expiration date specified.
