JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinatort will assist in the development, implementation, and coordination of all marketing initiatives; including advertising, promotions, direct marketing campaigns, event coordination, writing and editing content, online and social media marketing, and researching other marketing opportunities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, increase brand knowledge and awareness within niche market ? Create and support all marketing content ? Create, coordinate, and maintain all social media marketing initiatives ? Create and maintain process for tracking and measuring ROI for marketing programs and projects; maintain Marketing calendar ? Ensure all projects are completed on time and within approved budget ? Write and edit all marketing content for print advertisements, email campaigns, articles, press releases, web content, corporate and product brochures, and other materials ? Responsible for planning, promoting, and execution of live events; research additional marketing and/or public relations opportunities ? Conduct market research; report on industry trends and opportunities ? Provide creative input to content, advertisements, articles, graphics, and product release ? Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE: ? Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related degree ? Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience ? Strong understanding of marketing principles ? Advanced writing skills; ability to ensure vision of CEO is captured in all marketing campaigns ? Advanced computer skills utilizing various software applications ? Ability and drive to educate self on all products, product ingredients, and industry, ? Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) experience a plus ? Previous skin care knowledge or experience a plus COMPETENCIES: ? Action Oriented ? Business Acumen ? Creativity ? Customer Focus ?
