JOB SUMMARY:

Required Licensure: Must have a current LCSW or LPC license or have passed the clinical exams required to obtain these licensures. We are seeking a therapist that is passionate about helping at risk youth. Cinnamon Hills is a residential treatment facility for at risk youth ages 12 to 17 years old. This position is responsible for the provision of quality comprehensive and well-integrated clinical services. This includes an average of 8 clinical hours per day in direct and indirect services including but not limited to assessment treatment and discharge planning individual therapy and caseload management group therapy documentation and Treatment Team review. Must maintain appropriate professional memberships licensure and/or accreditation consistent with agency expectations and must maintain knowledge about and adhere to agency policies and procedures. Experience in mental health substance abuse and/or family treatment preferred. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Benefits and excellent pay.
