JOB SUMMARY:

Serves as lead technician and provide guidance and direction to less experienced engineers. Performs highly complex tasks associated with maintenance of cell / switch / microwave system equipment at optimum performance to ensure quality customer service minimize outages. Plans maintenance of out of service equipment to exceed standards. Investigates customer trouble reports. Uses test equipment to analyze problems. Communicates with other department managers to resolve customer problems. Maintains a current standard of knowledge in related job disciplines. Assists in developing the routine maintenance schedule. Makes decisions related to location and equipment required for installations. Assists in coordination of final test amp; supervision of outside vendors. ?
