JOB SUMMARY:
We have an immediate full time opening for an Account Executive in our performance schools. The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for achieving assigned revenue goals. The AE champions the company's Mission and Vision, and models the company Values. AE is responsible for a high level of customer service and complete sales accuracy. AE will be capable of working in a deadline-oriented environment handling daily tasks including but not limited to prospecting and developing new customer relationships, persuasively communicating the benefits of Performance Schools products, and ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer's account in cooperation with sales and operations staff. Job duties will include: Protect the legal, moral, and financial assets of the LHM Group of Companies Achieve individual revenue goals through closing business Ensure complete sale accuracy Deliver tier one guest experience and customer service Find, develop and maintain strong client relationships Develop referral business with current and past clients Responsible for building clientele through outbound prospecting Receive inbound sales calls Follow up on leads as assigned by Sales Manager Conduct sales presentations to clients Attend and help with execution of on-site and off-site events including working some weekends and holidays as assigned by management Attend weekly meetings Provide recaps and plans Adhere to company policies and procedures Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis Professionally represent MMP in community and industry organizations and events Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of MMP, its products and facilities Understand and accurately input information in CRM database system Attend all school check-ins in the Welcome Center (Saturday and holiday dates are optional regular office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) Attend school graduations as time permits Create a plan to achieve an annual, quarterly and monthly goal Review daily and weekly sales reports to ensure accuracy in CRM and on call sheets Create Performance Plans as necessary Perform any other job duties as assigned by management Minimum qualifications: BS/BA in business related function preferred 3-5 years sales experience preferred Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, data entry and basic computer navigation skills Professional demeanor Must have reliable transportation Understanding of industry, competition, pricing, inventory, marketing, promotion and standards Excellent organizational and follow-through skills Must be willing to travel Must be willing to work weekends and holidays Excellent communication guest service skills required Ability to interact well with customers and fellow employees Demonstrates proactive self-directed behavior Demonstrates ability to grow sales and operating profits Success Attributes: Demonstrate team skills and maintain a positive moral Strategic thinking skills Analytical and problem solving skills Communication skills (written and oral) Strong interpersonal skills Attention to detail Results driven Persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas High level of initiative and assertiveness Ability to be flexible and creative Ability to work with others and recommend solutions Ability to accurately forecast revenues Must be able to pass a pre employment background and drug screening
