Sales Manager, Performance Schools

JOB SUMMARY:
We have an immediate full time opening for a Sales Manager with our performance schools. The overarching objective of the Sales Manager is to manage the Performance Schools sales team in order to generate necessary sales revenues to operate the schools and produce acceptable level of profit; while holding the Account Executives accountable to activity and expectations. The SM will lead by example as a product specialist and CRM expert.    Job duties will include, but not be limted to:  Manages Performances Schools Account Executive Team   Works closely with marketing department to achieve maximum exposure   Works with customers to create and deliver a tier one guest experience   Works with AEs to ensure completed sale accuracy   Works with Sales Assistant (SA) to ensure call sheet accuracy   Attend weekly one-on-one meeting with Brand Manager   Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with individual AEs   Conduct weekly team meetings including creating agenda and providing recap   Attend all school check-ins in the Welcome Center (Saturday and holiday dates are optional regular office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)   Attend school graduations as time permits   Create and champion team policies, procedures and processes   Ensure 100% team compliance to all policies, procedures and processes   Conduct corrective action as necessary   Provide weekly sales report/notes for Brand Manager accountability report   Approve vacation/time-off requests   Forecasts and develops sales quotas   Ensure complete campaign sales report accuracy   Review daily and weekly sales reports to ensure accuracy in CRM and on call sheets   Responsible for reporting and metrics   Proficient in developing, communicating and executing plans for revenue growth   Create Performance Plans if AEs miss goal   Establish AE performance standards and monitor compliance with standards   Attend and help with execution of on-site and off-site events including working some weekends and holidays   Schedule AEs for off-site events   All other duties as assigned        Qualifications:  BS/BA in business related function   Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT   Professional demeanor   Must have reliable transportation   3-5 years sales management experience preferred   Understanding of industry, competition, pricing, inventory, marketing, promotion and standards   Excellent organizational and follow-through skills   Must be willing to travel   Must be willing to work weekends and holidays      Success Attributes:  Demonstrated leadership and team skills   Strategic thinking skills   Analytical and problem solving skills   Communication skills (written and oral)   Strong interpersonal skills   Attention to detail   Results driven   Persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas   High level of initiative and assertiveness   Ability to be flexible and creative   Ability to work with others and recommend solutions   Ability to accurately forecast revenues      Must be able to pass a pre employment background and drug screening
