JOB SUMMARY:
Full time Branch Secretary for a Tremonton, Utah area employer. A variety of clerical tasks, such as greeting the public; answering and directing telephone traffic; prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, and general documents for credit department; maintain credit files, monitor and input updated financial information, maintain electronic tracking and electronic filing systems; edit, proof, and prepare documents for final printing. Responsible for interoffice communications, aiding customers with account information; preparing correspondence and reports; filing; and general office functions as assigned. EXPERIENCE: General receptionist and telephone experience, including appropriate telephone etiquette. Good working knowledge of personal computers and standard office software required. Good understanding of electronic communication and documentation systems. Ability to interact efficiently with others, using good verbal and interpersonal skills. High school degree plus at least one year of post-high school education or equivalent experience. Secretarial, banking, lending, or legal experience preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: Mobility on unimproved properties and ability to lift 35 pounds or more required.
