JOB SUMMARY:
Experienced maintenance workers for Vernal, Utah Motel. Responsible for the preventative maintenance of the suites, completion of requested work orders and projects as assigned by the Operations Manager. Complete Suite Guard/Kare checklist on each suite as scheduled, maintain a current inventory of Suite Guard/Kare parts and materials. Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely fashion. Check all stairways and landings periodically for safety and repair as needed. Check fences, property signage and lighting and repair as needed. Repair and clean HVAC. Repair appliances, responsible for pool, spa, lawn and grounds maintenance and paint required areas and all other duties as assigned. Know and follow hotel emergency procedures. Courteously accommodate special request of guests and answer guest questions regarding hotel and local area facilities and services. Attend and participate in monthly department meetings. Positions are full time. One position is for Days and one position is for night. Need to be available to work as scheduled including week ends and holidays. Salary is $10.00 to 12.00 based on experience. Need current drivers license to operate company equipment.
