JOB SUMMARY:
POSITION: TITLE 1 AIDE AT EAGLE VIEW ELEMENTARY (35 HOURS PER WEEK, CONTRACT POSITION, WITH BENEFITS) District Expectations for Title 1 Aide: ? Demonstrate the ability to instruct students effectively; ? Evaluate all students to determine instructional effectiveness; ? Demonstrate the ability to modify instruction to help students become competent in the area(s) or weakness; ? Work cooperatively with all staff to insure a comfortable and pleasant working environment that will be conducive to learning and will encourage safety and good relationships; ? Demonstrate the ability to and will relate positively with students, staff, parents, and community; ? Maintain professional competencies through continued learning; ? Assist with data collection; ? Data entry; ? May work with English Language Learners; ? Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). Education/Experience: ? High School Diploma; ? Must hold Associate's degree or have 48 semester hours of college credit OR must have passed or be willing to pass the ParaPro test immediately upon hire; ? Successful experience working with children, staff and administration. Your application will be compete when you provide the following: ?
