JOB SUMMARY:
Office Manager needed for a Washington area employer. Duties include, but are not limited to: Accounts payable and receivable, submitting bids, applying for permits and licenses, completing and submitting bonding and insurance forms, preparing payroll to submit to payroll department, and other duties as assigned. Knowledge of construction and heavy equipment industry helpful. Must have computer skills, including e-mails. Must have at least 1 year experience. Wage and benefits will be arranged with employer. Full-time position.
