JOB SUMMARY:
Looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills who is a self-starter, motivated, and enjoys multi-tasking. Previous trucking industry experience is required. DOT regulation knowledge is preferred. Schedule will include holidays and some weekends. Candidate will be involved with compliance related duties and safety functions such as Workers Comp and OSHA. Candidate needs to have a strong personality and great communication skills as duties will include conducting disciplinary action. The candidate will be working 40 hours a week backing me up with accidents, registrations, permits, etc. Must type at least 45 words per minute and have exceptional computer skills as well as be able to conduct disciplinary reviews with drivers. This person will also backup our Dispatch Customer Service departments with data entry, reports, setting appointments and processing bills of lading and dispatch related paperwork.
