JOB SUMMARY:
A Salt Lake area staffing and recruiting agency is seeking qualified production workers for seasonal work (May-Dec) on the Day shift at a local candy manufacturer. JOB SPECS: * Seasonal with over-time possible, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM, Monday-Thursday. * $7.75 per hour * Health / Dental / Vision insurance avail during the assignment. * Trax/UTA accessible for shift-end, but own transportation needed for shift-start. JOB DUTIES: * Various tasks in candy manufacturing including: Packing, machine operation, QA and sanitation, warehouse work. REQUIREMENTS: * Applicants should be able to work Day shift Mon-Fri from 5:00 AM to 3:30PM. * Positions available for light lifting (up to 25 lbs) and medium lifting (up to 50 pounds). * Reliable transportation (shift start-time incompatible with UTA/Trax hours). * Prior manufacturing experience, bilingual ability and good references are a plus. * All aplicants must be able to pass the E-verify check of their documents, background check (with no recent criminal history) and drug test. PLEASE NOTE: This position is being filled through a SLC-area staffing agency that does NOT charge additional fees to job applicants.
