JOB SUMMARY:
West Side Center is recruiting for a qualified Dietary Supervisor to oversee the dietary department in a small 16-bed health care facility. Duties will include but not be limited to meal planning and preparation following approved menus and diet orders, food and supply ordering, inventory and maintaining department within budget.
