Job Description This position is responsible to oversee activities for the Financial Assistance Department within the Revenue Cycle Organization (RCO). The selected individual will participate with the development and implementation of new strategies, facilitate employee professional development, and act as a resource for process improvement. 1) Leads the implementation of an effective programs to improve the effectiveness of the department. 2) Facilitates professional development of employees. 3) Partners with employees as a content expert. 4) Uses communication skills to build partnerships with work team to effectively meet goals and objectives for the assigned department. Entry Rate: Benefits Eligible: Yes Shift Details: Full time week days Minimum Requirements * Four years Revenue Cycle experience with one of the four years in a leadership role or a Bacheloramp;rsquo;s degree with one year leadership experience.
