Job Description This position is responsible to oversee activities for the Financial Assistance Department within the Revenue Cycle Organization (RCO). The selected individual will participate with the development and implementation of new strategies, facilitate employee professional development, and act as a resource for process improvement. 1) Leads the implementation of an effective programs to improve the effectiveness of the department. 2) Facilitates professional development of employees. 3) Partners with employees as a content expert. 4) Uses communication skills to build partnerships with work team to effectively meet goals and objectives for the assigned department. Entry Rate: Benefits Eligible: Yes Shift Details: Full time week days Minimum Requirements * Four years Revenue Cycle experience with one of the four years in a leadership role or a Bacheloramp;rsquo;s degree with one year leadership experience. Intermountain verifies both degree attainment and educational institution accreditation following an offer of employment. * One or more years work experience in revenue cycle operations within a health care setting is required * Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills and leadership ability * Experience creating and communicating vision in a changing environment * Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to the customer and marketplace Preferred Qualifications * One or more years working experience with iSeries and WebCollect * Two or more years working experience with Financial Assistance * Two or more years working with Patient Account Services * Ability to meet project goals, quality standards and time lines * Completion of Supervisory/Leadership Course Please Note All positions subject to close without notice Intermountain Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V Additional Details: Working Hours 40 Primary Work Location Lake Park Campus Job Type Full Time Location US-UT-West Valley City
