JOB SUMMARY:
Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls to take orders or resolve queries in an effective and efficient manner 2. Make outbound calls to create awareness for various promotions 3. Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer. 4. Completes order form, or enters data into computer, to determine total cost for customer. 5. Records or files copy of orders received. 6. Follows up on orders and stock availability to ensure delivery by specified dates. 7. Receives and checks customer complaints. 8. Confers with production, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments. 9. Support the sales team 10. Answers basic technical questions from customers or individuals on how a product operates or directs them to the person that is able to assist them. 11. Maintains customer name and address data base. 12. Must be able to resolve objections by providing a valuable solution in a sales environment.
