An experienced supervisor is needed to oversee residential services for adults who have disabilities. This is a great opportunity to positively affect the lives of individuals. The Supervisor assures that all aspects of the residential program are performed well and that clients' physical, medical, and social needs are met. The Supervisor trains, schedules and supervises direct care staff; assures the timely, accurate and complete documentation of services; assures that the living environment is clean, safe and comfortable; accompanies clients to medical and other appointments and advocates for their needs; assures that meals are well-balanced; and assures that client goals are met. A high school diploma and prior supervisory experience are required. A bachelor degree and prior experience in the human services field are preferred. Other requirements: be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English; have a Utah driver license and a good driving record; and be able to lift at least 50 pounds frequently. This is a full time position with benefits and requires some schedule flexibility. Location is near Valley Fair Mall.
