JOB SUMMARY:
Logistics Customer Service Hours: 12pm to 8:30pm Pay: $11.00 per hour Qualified applicant will control the timely and accurate processing of customer receipts, orders and special requests. Job Duties: Look for opportunity for improvement in all processes. Coordinate customer needs, such as reports, with subordinates and related departments. Develop relationships with customers to ensure open communication and customer satisfaction. Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and ensure that all personnel do the same.
